  18.   That depends on what your "connect" speed is. If you connect at
  19. 28,800 then you should see around 3400cps on the graphics and at least
  20. 6000cps on the text. I assume by "surfin", you mean on the Web with
  21. Netscape. Be aware that the speeds that Netscape gives you can be
  22. *very* innacurate with small files and on pages with many small
  23. graphics. Transfer speeds also depend on the load at your provider as
  24. well as the server you are accessing.
